What does the membership include?

• Initial comprehensive exam, set of x-rays & routine cleaning*
• Periodic exam & routine cleaning at your next six-month appointment
• Fluoride at every cleaning
• One emergency visit and diagnostic X-rays
• 15% discount for ALL dental treatments, including implants, veneers, whitening, occlusal guards/splints, cosmetic bonding, and clear aligner orthodontics.
• Happy visits for children under 3 at no charge
• No annual limits
• Advanced implant plan: Removal of prosthetics and cleaning around implants once every two years.
• Retention inserts replaced once every year

*If you require deep cleaning (scaling and root planing or nonsurgical periodontal therapy) for gum disease, then note that the procedure is not included in the enrollment fee. However, you will be able to be enrolled in our periodontal plan, and after your initial Scaling and Root Planing, you will have your four periodontal cleaning visits covered, along with all the benefits above.

What is the cost?

• Individual Adult (18 and Older): $450 a year or $38 a month
• Individual Child (Under 18): $375 a year or $32 a month
• Periodontal Plan: $595 a year or $50 a month
• Additional Adult Family Member: $400 a year or $34 a month
• Additional Child Family Member: $325 a year or $27 a month
• You can cancel your membership in the Winter Dental Wellness Plan at any time. Please notify us in writing at least 30 days before the date you wish your coverage to end. Payments are non-refundable.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept cash, checks, or credit cards. Membership is for 1 year beginning on the enrollment date, and membership dues are payable in full upon enrollment and are non-refundable.
