  • How do I schedule my appointment?

  • Does your office take walk-ins?

    Please call to schedule an appointment before visiting us.

  • Does your office accept Medicaid?

    No, currently we do not accept Medicaid.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    Yes, we currently accept most insurance plans, but we’re not in-network with any insurance companies. We can work with your insurance to provide a cost estimate ahead of your treatment. When your treatment is finished and you’ve paid, you’ll receive a reimbursement check from your insurance after your claim has been processed.

  • What type of financial support or payment plans do you offer?

    Our team offers our in-house Winter Dental Wellness Plan, as well as external payment partners including Cherry, CareCredit®, and Proceed Finance®, to help you finance your dental care.

  • What hours is your office open?

    Our office hours are below. We are not open on Saturday or Sunday.

    Monday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
    Tuesday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
    Wednesday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
    Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
    Friday: 8 a.m. – noon

  • Does your dental office treat children?

    Yes, our team offers pediatric dental care for children, adolescents, and teenagers.

  • How early should I get to my appointment?

    Please plan to arrive for your appointment 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

  • How do I transfer dental records?

    If you need to transfer your records to another provider, please contact our practice. We're happy to assist.

  • How long does an appointment take?

    Your appointment time can vary depending on the type of treatment you receive and your individual oral health needs.
